Thankfully it´s Friday, only one more day of meetings to go before weekend fun and frivolities. Brother H has officially renewed his Icelandic citizenship - I finally remembered to send the paper work and it only took a week. Sometimes the Icelandic bureaucratic machine works really well. Other times it resembles Freyja... it´s all just too much. The bishop has lost his internet connection - so best for me to go and be ms fix - it - can´t have him not being able to communicate with the powers that be

Ah, so you have become the IT girl at work... good on you for saving the bishop ;) Brother H is of course Hilmar, I'm thinking. I didn't know you had to renew your citizenship! Is that solely to do with the passport?
He wanted to do it via official channels so now he can apply for a passport from Iceland. I think that he also wanted all the documentation re his marriage and the kids on record here.
