Skyr* Gobbler, the eighth, was an awful stupid bloke.
He lambasted the skyr tub till the lid on it broke.
Then he stood there gobbling - his greed was well known - until,

about to burst, he would bleat, howl and groan.
Skyr is a yoghurt type milk product like quark....(if you are German). I love it especially with berries and cream.

Is it like Kefir?
Just had to look up what Kefir is - and no its not the same. Skyr is more like a really thick natural yoghurt. It's similar to the curd that little miss muffet was eating, when the spider came for a visit.
I'd probably like Skyr... I love cottage cheese and my hairdresser brings me cheese curds from Wisconsin from time to time. YUM!
